THE TOSCANA TEAM

 

Toscana Divino is an authentic Italian eatery offering traditional and modern Tuscan dishes and a carefully curated wine list in an elegant setting founded by restaurateurs Tommaso Morelato, Stefano Cavinato and Mauro Bortignon.

Leading the kitchen Andrea Marchesin, an innovative Chef with an appreciation for Italy's rich history, culinary practice  and integrity for sustainable ingredients. Pastry Chef is Stefania Marin.

Gianina Roman is the event manager, always available to make your occasion a memorable event. The bar and the floor service is guided by two Italian professionals Francesco Giovannelli and Mauro Sivieri.

TOSCANA PHILOSOPHY

 

We are proud to represent contemporary Italian cuisine and bring our country's rich heritage to Miami 2020's. 

Our ingredients are thoughtfully selected with an emphasis on seasonality and proximity to our restaurant. Flour from heirloom grains, produce direct from farms, meat from all natural livestock, and our fish from local waters.

 

We embrace the "farm to table" movement because that is how our food system functions in Italy and that idea is vindicated by the quality, flavor, and freshness exemplified in the ingredients.

The strong philosophy that guides us in our daily efforts to accomplish this mission can constantly be discovered in our artisanal past: "fatto in casa" ... the tradition of making everything possible in house, is a characteristic of Italian cuisine derived from the hardworking generations over the years.

At Toscana Divino we have one of Miami's widest selection of Italian wines. With passion and dedication Mauro Bortignon created this Italian "cantina" for a gourmet clientele.

Our spectacular wine cellar contains more than 2,000 bottles: 80% of our selection is from Tuscany to accomodate any request or pairing. Salute!
